1. Total Fees:
– The total fees for the PowerPhD Certification Program are $10,000.
2. Admission Fees:
– Upon acceptance into the program, participants are required to pay an admission fee of $1,000.
– The admission fee is non-refundable and is due upon acceptance of the participant’s application.
3. Module Fees:
– Participants are required to pay module fees for each of the 6 modules in the program.
– The module fee for each module is $1,500.
– Module fees are payable prior to the start of each module and must be paid in full to access course materials and participate in module activities.
4. Payment Schedule:
– Upon acceptance into the program, participants are required to pay the admission fee of $1,000.
– Module fees are payable prior to the start of each module, according to the following schedule:
– Module 1: $1,500
– Module 2: $1,500
– Module 3: $1,500
– Module 4: $1,500
– Module 5: $1,500
– Module 6: $1,500
5. Program Extension Fees:
– Students are required to complete their program within 18 months from the start date. If additional time is required, an extension fee of USD 1,500 will be applicable for each subsequent quarter.
6. Research Project Resubmission Fees:
– Upon submission of the research project, it will undergo a thorough review by evaluators from The PowerPhD Institute. If the project meets all required criteria, the student will proceed to the viva/defense stage.However, if the evaluators identify significant areas for improvement or major recommendations, the student must revise and resubmit the project within three months, under the guidance of their supervisor. A resubmission fee of USD 1,500 will apply in such cases.
7. Payment Methods:
– Payment of fees can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment portal, as specified by the program administration.
– Participants will receive detailed payment instructions upon acceptance into the program.
8. Late Payment Policy:
– Failure to pay module fees by the specified deadlines may result in the participant being unable to access course materials or participate in module activities.
– Participants experiencing financial difficulties should contact the program administration to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
– A late payment fee may be applied for overdue payments, as determined by the program administration.
9. Refund Policy:
– Refunds for module fees are subject to the following conditions:
– Refunds will only be issued for modules not yet commenced.
– Participants must submit a written request for refund to the program administration.
– The admission fee is non-refundable.
– Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request.
10. Transfer Policy:
– Participants may request to transfer to a different module or cohort under exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by the program administration.
– Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing to the program administration at least two weeks prior to the start of the module.
11. Fee Adjustment Policy:
– The program administration reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.
– Fee adjustments will not affect participants who have already paid their fees in full.
12. Communication of Fee Policies:
– Participants will receive a detailed fee policy document upon acceptance into the program.
– Any updates or changes to fee policies will be communicated to participants via email or other appropriate channels.
By enrolling in the PowerPhD Certification Program, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of the fees payment policy outlined above.
